We work hard to choose the best solutions for our customers. When choosing products, considerations include overall quality, issue resolution, supply reliability, complementary products, program support, marketing support, stock requirements and cost.
All product introductions must first go through the appropriate product / category manager to determine applicability. The product / category manager will engage the purchasing manager to determine next steps.
These steps are how we handle new products as well as updated version of existing products.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD SALES STAFF BE PRESENTED WITH PRODUCTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED OR LAUNCHED BY THE CORPORATE OFFICE.
