2025 Marketing Campaigns:

 

Every six weeks, we will be launching two vertical-focused campaigns featuring non-competing manufacturers. Each campaign will include digital marketing, physical mailers, and geofence advertising, resulting in a well-rounded campaign that touches our customers (and targets!) multiple ways and multiple times throughout the campaign period.

 

The campaigns are designed to pique interest, encourage attendance at Webinar Wednesday, and ultimately drive sales.

 

Digital Campaign Elements: 

  • Campaign Landing page on SYDIST.com featuring links, info & more. All tools will point to this page

  • Website Banner posted all (6) weeks during the focus period

  • 29 Branch SYDtv units for all (6) weeks during the focus period

  • Social Posts on FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter & Instagram at least (6) times during the focus period

  • Email blast to all targets (2) times during the focus period

  • Geofence advertising to potential customers in SYD territories all (6) weeks during the focus period

 

Training Elements:

  • Internal:  15 min. webinar training with sales staff on promoted products (recorded for future use)

  • External:  20 min. Webinar Wednesday training (date is scheduled and cannot be moved) (recorded for future use)

 

Printed Campaign Elements:  roughly 150 Top Targets hand-selected by sales team

  • Postcard: push visit to landing page and pique interest

  • 3-D mailer:  box, envelope, tube, or other attention-getting mailer containing literature and other information

    • Product samples may be included 

 

 

Timeline:

 

ALL 6 Weeks: 

  • SYDtv, geofence advertising, web banner & landing page

 

Week 1

  • All – Broadcast email linking to Landing Page

  • Top Targets – Personal email from sales rep

 

Week 2

  • All – Social post

  • Top Targets – Postcard mailing

 

Week 3

  • All – Social post

  • Top Targets – 3D mailer

  • Top Targets – Personal email from sales rep confirming receipt of mailer

 

Week 4

  • Top Targets – Personal email from the sales rep with a reminder of Webinar Wednesday

  • All – Webinar Wednesday

 

Week 5

  • All – Broadcast email linking to Landing Page (and link to recorded Webinar Wednesday)

  • All – Social post

 

Week 6

  • Top Targets – Personal email from sales rep requesting a meeting / answer question
