Schaedler Yesco Wins 2024 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards

Harrisburg, PA – Schaedler Yesco Distribution has announced that it is a 2024 Top Workplaces CULTURE EXCELLENCE winner in three categories. The company was previously recognized as a Best Place to Work in PA      16 times.

"This designation is significant for us because the voices of our team members directly drive the award," explained Farrah Mittel, president. "While we're proud being a 16-time winner as a Best Place to Work in PA, Top Workplaces allowed our entire employee base, not just those in Pennsylvania, to provide feedback for this national program."

The confidential employee surveys resulted in Schaedler Yesco being recognized for Culture Excellence in three areas:
